OUR CUISINE

Skipper Restaurant at Santa Margherita Ligure offers fish and meat Mediterranean cuisine. We exclusively rely on raw material of the highest quality including shrimp, prawns, raw fish dishes mainly of amberjack and striped bass, fish caught in our gulf. Whilst our desserts are all simple but homemade: jam and pine nut pie, tiramisu, chocolate salami and the unmissable Skipper cake.

TRADITION

The Skipper Restaurant at Santa Margherita Ligure devotes articular attention to extra virgin olive oil, of strictly Ligurian origin, which is used raw as a dressing but also for cooking.
All this without forgetting the Ligurian tradition with pesto, ravioli, and cappon magro.

The wine cellar at Skipper Restauran at Santa Margherita Ligure offers a wide range of white and red wines, coming from every Italian region. Furthermore, we offer a selection of high quality sparkling wines and champagne, and dessert wines for every taste. Local to our region, you will find red wines such as the Rossesse di Dolceacqua, the Ormeasco, the Colli di Luni rosso; among the whites, we may highlight the Pigato, the Vermentino, the Bianchetta Genovese, and the Cinqueterre. The Sciacchetrà is a must.
